We are partnering with a fast-growing global SaaS organisation to recruit a Head of Corporate Tax for its West London headquarters.
This is a broad, senior and highly visible role, offering the opportunity to lead the group’s tax function across a growing international footprint. The successful candidate will manage and develop the tax team, own the group’s tax compliance and reporting agenda, and act as a trusted adviser to senior finance and business stakeholders.
The role will suit an experienced in-house tax professional who is technically strong, commercially minded and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the group’s UK and international tax function across multiple jurisdictions
- Oversee corporate tax compliance, tax provisioning and year-end reporting
- Manage and develop the tax team, setting clear priorities and supporting progression
- Take ownership of UK direct tax matters, including governance, risk and HMRC engagement
- Lead the group’s response to Pillar Two, including impact assessments, data readiness, compliance processes and coordination across tax, finance and technology teams
- Lead quarterly, half-year and year-end tax reporting under IFRS
- Support tax forecasting, effective tax rate management and cash tax planning
- Provide practical tax advice on cross-border transactions, new market entry, legal entity structures, financing arrangements and business reorganisations
- Ensure transfer pricing policies remain aligned with the group’s evolving operating model, commercial substance and international expansion
- Advise on business growth, new market entry, restructurings and commercial projects
- Support acquisitions, integrations and wider group transformation activity
- Develop and strengthen the group’s tax governance, controls and risk framework
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and communicate the impact to senior stakeholders
- Drive improvements across tax systems, processes, automation and data quality
- Manage relationships with auditors, tax authorities and external advisers

Candidate Profile

- ACA/CTA Qualified with Big 4 training preferred
- Significant in-house tax experience within an international organisation
- Strong UK corporate tax knowledge and broad direct tax experience
- Experience overseeing tax compliance across more than one jurisdiction
- Proven responsibility for tax provisioning, reporting and tax accounting
- Previous people management experience
- Comfortable operating independently in a senior leadership role
- Able to balance technical accuracy with pragmatic commercial advice
- Strong stakeholder management skills across finance, legal and commercial teams
- Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving or high-growth environment
