Corporate Tax Manager
The Corporate Tax Manager will provide expert guidance and advice on corporate tax matters, ensuring compliance and optimizing tax efficiency for clients in the professional services industry. Description
- Manage and oversee the preparation and submission of corporate tax returns for a variety of clients.
- Provide expert advice on tax planning and compliance to optimize client outcomes.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Review and ensure accuracy in tax computations and reports prepared by the team.
- Support clients during tax audits and liaise with HMRC when required.
- Stay updated on current tax legislation to ensure compliance and identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide comprehensive business solutions to clients.

Profile
A Successful Corporate Tax Manager Should Have
- Professional qualifications in accountancy or tax, such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
- Proven expertise in corporate tax compliance and advisory services.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply tax legislation effectively.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team within a tax or professional services environment.
- Excellent communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying tax-saving opportunities.
