About the Corporate Tax Team

Our national corporate tax service line supports a diverse range of businesses with tax compliance and advisory services. Here, we foster a culture of individuality, collaboration, and proactive change to ensure success for both our people and clients.

Corporate Tax Manager – South Region

Located in one of Bristol, Gatwick, Guildford, Reading, or Southampton, this role offers an opportunity to accelerate your career as part of a high-performing, entrepreneurial, and supportive team serving a range of elite clients.

Your Impact

  • Act as an expert advisor, guiding clients on tax compliance
  • Support clients with tax planning and advisory matters
  • Build strong client relationships, from small owner-managed businesses to multinational groups
  • Take an active role in business development, including proposals and networking
  • Drive the regional and firm-wide success of the wider RSM network
  • Develop and mentor team members, sharing your expertise

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: ACA, ACCA (or equivalent). CTA will be advantageous.
  • Experience: Corporate tax specialist with compliance and advisory expertise
  • Personality: Approachable, proactive, and open-minded
  • Leadership: Proven ability to people manage, build teams, and develop talent
  • Ambition: Guided by RSM’s principle of “Grow Your Own”, showcasing ambition to coach, lead, and mentor
