An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join a highly regarded international professional services organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Working within a collaborative and commercially focused finance function, you will play a key role in managing global tax compliance obligations and providing tax support on a range of business projects. This position offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders across finance and the wider business, alongside responsibility for a broad range of UK and international tax matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage UK corporate tax compliance obligations for multiple entities.
- Review UK tax computations, liaising with external advisers where required.
- Support tax planning initiatives linked to business changes and strategic projects.
- Assist with Country-by-Country Reporting and public tax reporting requirements.
- Review and maintain transfer pricing documentation.
- Implement processes to meet evolving international tax reporting requirements.
- Manage information requests for overseas tax filings and support responses to tax authority enquiries.
- Prepare tax disclosures for financial statements.
- Contribute to tax risk management processes, controls and governance frameworks.
- Support cross-functional projects across finance and the wider business.
- Assist with mentoring and developing junior members of the tax team.

Candidate Profile
- Extensive corporate tax experience, ideally 10+ years gained in practice, industry, or a combination of both.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax compliance and tax accounting.
- Exposure to international tax matters, transfer pricing and global reporting requirements.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large, complex data sets.
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CTA preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines.
- Organised, practical and solutions-focused approach.
