Corporate Tax Manager
This position seeks a Corporate Tax Manager to join the Tax department in a leading professional services firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients.
Client Details
Our client is an established accountancy firm in Brighton. They offer a wide range of services including tax, audit, and advisory services to clients from various industries.
Description
- Business acquisitions and sales, SPA's, tax covenants
- Mergers, demergers and reorganisations
- Share buy backs/purchase of own shares and multiple completion contracts
- Share for share exchanges
- Tax advantaged share schemes e.g. EMI share options
- Venture capital schemes e.g. EIS/SEIS
- R&D and Creative Industries tax relief claims (including video games tax reliefs)
- Capital allowances
- Intangible assets
- Tax efficient profit extraction

Profile
A Successful Corporate Tax Manager Should Have
- A strong background in corporate tax.
- Excellent technical tax knowledge.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role within a professional services firm.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ATT or CTA qualification (or equivalent accounting qualification).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to contribute to business development activities.

Job Offer
