Corporate Tax Manager

The Corporate Tax Manager role focuses on managing and delivering tax services for a range of clients within the accountancy industry. This position in Crawley requires a detail-oriented individual who can provide expert tax advice and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Description

  • Manage and oversee the delivery of corporate tax services to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on corporate tax planning and strategies to optimise client outcomes.
  • Review and prepare corporate tax computations and returns.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client queries, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Support the tax department in identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Assist in the development of junior team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and communicate relevant updates to clients and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of professional services.

Profile

A Successful Corporate Tax Manager Should Have

  • Relevant professional qualifications in tax or accountancy (CTA, ACA, ACCA).
  • Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax legislation and compliance processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying tax planning opportunities.
  • Experience in mentoring or developing junior team members.
