Corporate Tax Manager

Description
- Oversee corporate tax compliance processes and ensure timely submissions to HMRC.
- Provide tax advisory services to a diverse client portfolio across various sectors.
- Review and manage tax computations and technical documentation prepared by the team.
- Advise clients on tax planning opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and communicate implications to clients and teams.
- Mentor and develop junior staff members to enhance team performance.

Profile
A Successful Corporate Tax Manager Should Have
- Professional qualifications such as ACA or CTA.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation.
- Experience in managing tax compliance and advisory projects.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
