Corporate Tax Manager - In-house

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join the in-house tax function of a highly respected international professional services firm.

This role offers the chance to work within a sophisticated global environment, partnering with senior stakeholders on a broad range of UK and international tax matters. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing corporate tax compliance, supporting strategic projects, contributing to international reporting requirements, and helping to shape the organisation's wider tax strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the management of UK corporate tax compliance obligations.
  • Review and oversee corporate tax computations.
  • Support tax planning initiatives linked to business change and transformation.
  • Manage international tax reporting requirements, including Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR).
  • Coordinate transfer pricing documentation and reporting processes.
  • Liaise with external advisors across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Support responses to tax authority enquiries and audits.
  • Prepare tax disclosures for statutory accounts.
  • Drive improvements to tax processes, controls, and governance frameworks.
  • Mentor and develop junior members of the tax team.

Requirements

  • Significant corporate tax experience gained within practice, industry, professional services, or a multinational environment.
  • Strong experience preparing and reviewing UK corporate tax computations.
  • Exposure to international tax matters and reporting obligations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and advanced Excel skills.
  • A proactive, commercial, and solutions-focused approach.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualifications are preferred
