Corporate International Tax Manager
London
Our client, a leading audit, tax, and advisory firm in the UK, is currently seeking a Corporate International Tax Manager to join their team.
About the Team
The International Tax team in London works with a diverse portfolio of large multinational organisations, helping them navigate the increasingly complex global tax landscape. The team advises clients on a wide range of international tax matters, with a particular focus on Pillar Two compliance and advisory services, while also providing specialist support across broader corporate tax and tax accounting issues.
Supporting businesses at every stage of their Pillar Two journey, the team assists with:
- Risk assessments
- Tax accounting and audit support
- Technical advisory projects
- Complex technical challenges
- Ongoing compliance obligations
By combining deep technical expertise with a practical, commercial approach, the team helps clients:
- Manage risk
- Meet reporting requirements
- Respond confidently to evolving global tax regulations

What You’ll Be Doing
As an International Tax Manager within the London-based Pillar Two team, you will play a key role in delivering both compliance and advisory services to a prestigious international client base.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients with international tax requirements, building strong relationships with stakeholders and coordinating internally to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the tax practice to provide commercially focused, technically robust advice on:
- Pillar Two
- Interest deductibility
- Group and shareholder reorganisations
- Tax accounting
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Building and maintaining a strong professional network, fostering relationships with clients, intermediaries, and industry peers to support both client service delivery and business development.
- Working closely with specialists across the firm to identify tax risks and opportunities, including:
- Supporting tax due diligence projects with the Transactions team
- Restructuring engagements involving distressed or insolvent businesses
- Supporting and developing junior team members through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing, helping to create a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Contributing to business development initiatives, including:
- Identifying growth opportunities
- Strengthening client relationships
- Assisting with proposals, presentations, and presentations

Requirements
- Qualification(s):
- Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA) or CTA (in part)
- Experience:
- Background in accountancy practice with strong corporate tax knowledge
- International tax advisory and compliance experience, including proven Pillar Two exposure
- Proven experience in client handling and managing multiple projects simultaneously
