TPF Recruitment, the leading provider of accountancy practice professionals in the southeast, are currently supporting a market-leading firm of chartered accountants based in London, boasting a strong reputation and national presence.
About the Role
We are recruiting for a Corporate Tax Manager to join their fantastic tax team, in an exciting and progressive position.
This role will provide tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients. The primary responsibility will be to handle all matters relating to managing a portfolio of clients, while offering advisory support. The team specialises in:
- Business reconstructions and demergers
- General corporate tax advisory support
- Capital allowances
- EIS and SEIS schemes
- R&D tax credits
- Share options
There will be ample opportunities to diversify expertise, with training and support provided to develop knowledge in more technical areas.

- Oversee tax compliance services and provide advisory support across diverse client portfolios.
- Contribute to niche advisory areas, aligned with experience and career aspirations.
- Manage a substantial and varied client portfolio while fostering strong professional relationships.
- Supervise and mentor less experienced colleagues, offering guidance and expert advice.
- Champion process improvements and innovative solutions to drive efficiency.
- Lead complex tax projects from start to finish.
Requirements
- CTA-qualified or equivalent (e.g., ACA/ACCA)
- Extensive accountancy practice experience post-qualification
- Strong up-to-date technical knowledge in UK taxation, capable of tackling complex tax issues
- Proven project and team-management skills
- Ability to effective portfolio management across a variety of clients
