Tax Advisory Manager – Confidential Professional Services Firm

Worthing | Full-time | £60,000 – £72,000

A well-established advisory firm is looking to recruit a Tax Advisory Manager to join its growing tax team. This role offers exposure to a broad client base across multiple sectors, with a strong focus on both corporate and personal tax advisory work within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

  • Delivering clear, practical tax advice to a portfolio of clients
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
  • Working closely with audit and business services teams on a range of tax projects
  • Managing and reviewing complex corporate tax matters, including reorganisations and share schemes
  • Advising on remuneration planning, succession planning, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax
  • Supporting clients through key business lifecycle events, including profit extraction and transactions
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members

About You

  • Experienced tax professional with a background advising SMEs and owner-managed businesses
  • CTA qualified preferred; ATT/ACA qualified candidates with relevant experience also considered
  • Strong technical knowledge across both corporate and personal tax
  • Confident communicator, able to explain complex tax matters clearly
  • Proactive, collaborative, and experienced in supporting or managing junior staff
