About the Role
We are partnering with a leading international professional services firm to recruit a Corporate Tax Manager for its London office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, advising a broad portfolio of UK and multinational clients on complex corporate tax matters.
You’ll work alongside experienced tax professionals on a mix of compliance and advisory projects, with exposure to:
- Cross-border transactions
- Tax planning
- Business-critical commercial decision-making

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage a portfolio of UK and international corporate tax clients
- Deliver corporate tax compliance and advisory services
- Advise on transactions, restructurings, and tax planning initiatives
- Review technical work and ensure high-quality client delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coach and develop junior members of the team

Qualifications & Competencies
- Qualified (ACA, CTA, or ACCA) or equivalent
- Strong corporate tax experience gained within practice
- Experience managing client relationships and complex tax assignments
- Technically strong with excellent commercial awareness
- Motivated, collaborative, and eager to progress your career
