TPF Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a respected accountancy and advisory practice in Surrey to recruit a highly experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join their growing tax team.

About the Role
As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the tax function, helping to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own portfolio of corporate tax clients and supporting workflow planning
- Supporting wider tax advisory services to both existing and new clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact and meetings
- Supporting and coaching team members, contributing to their development and quality of work
- Bringing opportunities and new work streams to the firm and assisting with revenue targets
- Assisting senior leadership in running and improving the tax section of the business

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking an ambitious and technically strong professional who:
- Is tax-qualified or part-qualified (CTA/ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent)
- Has substantial corporate tax experience gained in a practice environment
- Is confident undertaking technical research and guiding clients through complex tax issues
- Has excellent leadership skills and is comfortable mentoring and managing others
- Is commercially aware and proactively contributes to business growth
