Corporate Tax Senior Manager

Our client is a well-respected, medium-sized accountancy practice based in the Chatham area. They have a significant presence in the South East of England and serve a prestigious client base.
Description
- Provide strategic tax planning advice to clients, identifying opportunities for tax efficiency.
- Review and manage complex corporate tax returns and related documentation.
- Oversee and mentor a team of tax professionals, promoting their development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated client services.
- Keep abreast of changes in tax legislation and advise clients accordingly.
- Support business development initiatives and promote the firm's tax expertise.

Profile
A successful Corporate Tax Senior Manager should have:
- A professional qualification in accounting or tax (ACA, ACCA, or CTA).
- Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax regulations and compliance.
- Experience of Corporate Tax advisory work.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and offer strategic advice.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team within an accounting and finance environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach to staying updated on tax legislation and industry trends.
