Corporate Tax Senior Manager
Jerroms Miller Specialist Tax is seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join our growing Corporate Tax Advisory practice in Solihull. This role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals to deepen their expertise in corporate tax, lead on complex advisory projects, and work alongside experienced industry leaders. At Jerroms Miller, we are dedicated to cultivating an inclusive and collaborative work environment that values communication, teamwork, and professional growth.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Include
Leading advisory assignments, such as company reconstructions, mergers and acquisitions, share scheme advice, and venture capital schemes. Managing and mentoring junior team members on large client projects and contributing to the development of technical knowledge across the wider team. Acting as the primary point of contact for technical queries from clients and other advisors. Collaborating closely with directors on business development activities, identifying opportunities to support existing clients and attract new business. Building your personal brand to become a recognised expert in your area of tax specialism. Expanding your professional network

We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
CTA or an equivalent qualification (e.g., ICAS tax qualification). Relevant post-qualification experience. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Proficient IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office. Highly motivated and committed to ongoing professional development.
