The Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join our Midlands South West Tax team in our Oldbury office. This is a full- or part-time permanent position with career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct Client Responsibilities
- Lead UK and cross-border tax advisory projects, reporting directly to tax partners, including:
- Group reorganisations
- Demergers
- Due diligence
- International expansion support
- Financing arrangements advice
- Transfer pricing reviews
- Oversee compliance work for larger or more complex clients, from owner-managed businesses to global corporate groups.
- Assist with R&D reviews, capital allowances projects, and other compliance-related tax planning.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand service offerings (e.g., VAT, personal taxes, corporate finance, payroll support).
- Apply a solid understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS to provide strategic recommendations on clients’ accounting frameworks.
- Identify inefficiencies in clients’ business processes and propose actionable improvements.
- Take primary responsibility for financial performance metrics of assigned client and project work.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- ACA/CTA qualification (or equivalent).
- Extensive corporate tax experience in advisory and compliance, with a track record of managing complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new work and develop client relationships.
