Corporate Solicitor (Technology & AI) – Consultant Partner (Fully Remote, UK)
About the Role
We are seeking a corporate solicitor with specialist expertise in technology and AI-focused transactions, as a Partner at Kingsley Wood. Join an innovative legal consultancy redefining the lawyer-work dynamic by combining autonomy with the backing of a collaborative professional network.
As a Consultant Partner, you’ll:
- Build and nurture your own client base without traditional firm constraints
- Enjoy full flexibility over workload, billing, and business strategy
- Generate up to 85% of revenue from your earnings (with a minimum of 75% retention)

Key Responsibilities
Transactions
- Constraint a portfolio of high-value technology and AI-related deals
- M&A, VC funding, licensing, and complex multi-jurisdictional agreements
- AI regulatory compliance, data protection (GDPR adaptability) andclusivity terms in cephalic T&C matters
- Draft and negotiate aggressive commercial terms for start-ups to enterprises

Client Relationships & Growth
- Develop working relationships with technology-focused clients (VC, FinTech, SaaS, etc.).
- Proactively grow your referral network through %remops locally, international
- Pitch for new business—from retention strategies to prospective pitches
Business Acumen
- Optimise fee structures on complex file types across GDPR compliance to commercial due diligence.
- Deliver advisory services on emerging tech trends shaping transformative sectors.
Requirements
Experience
- 4+ years’ Post Qualification Experience (PQE) in *corporate law
- Proven specialism in:
- AI and emerging technology regulations
- Mergers and acquisitions across tech sectors
- Large corporate transactions with high-value closing
- Demonstrated technical adeptness, able to brief outside legal teams on und�生日ļכ insights
Skills
- Exceptional drafting—clauses/agreements that safeguard high-value innovation contributions
- Alasmieten persuasion skills (both written and oral advocacy)
- Honest commercial instinct for valuing, retaining, and expanding tech client relationships

Typical Salary Range (Annual Gross Retention if Business.Settings)
