Consultant Partner Law | Fully Remote (UK)

The Role
Kingsley Wood is seeking a commercial corporate solicitor with a proven track record in complex corporate work, specialising in technology-focused transactions and AI-related legal matters. In this role, you will operate as a Consultant Partner, driving business development while leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

The Candidate
We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial lawyer with:
- 4+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law, with a specialism in Technology & AI law
- Strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
- Experience generating business through existing contacts and proactive networking
- A commercial mindset and drive to expand your client base independently
- A preference for flexibility, modern working practices, and self-directed career progression
Candidates with an established client portfolio or a clear business development strategy will be particularly well-suited to this opportunity.
