The Role
We are looking for an experienced corporate solicitor with expertise in technology and AI-related law to act as a Partner, focusing on business development alongside transactional work.
Ideal candidates are independent-minded solicitors seeking greater control over their work and client relationships in a remote-first, fast-growing legal industry.

The Ideal Candidate
- 4+ years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law, with a deep specialism in technology/AI transactions
- Strong technical drafting and commercial advocacy skills
- Proactive in business development—comfortable generating own work via networking and outreach
- Entrepreneurial mindset driven to grow a strong client following independently
- Thrives in flexible, tech-enabled working environments
Candidates with existing cultivated client bases or a clear business plan will be prioritised.
