The Role
We are looking for a corporate solicitor with expertise across complex corporate law transactions, specialising in:
- Technology-focused transactions
- AI-related law
As a Consultant Partner, you will:
- Lead commercial projects with autonomy over client relationships and fee arrangements.
- Develop and grow your own client base, leveraging your existing network and strategic initiatives.

The Candidate
You should be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer with:
- 4+ years PQE in corporate law, with strong specialisation in Technology & AI law
- Strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
- Proven ability to spark work opportunities through business development efforts
- Ambitious and entrepreneurial, driven to expand your client following
- Comfortable working in a flexible, modern, and collaborative environment
Candidates with:
- An existing client network or
- A clear business growth plan will be prioritised.
