Corporate Travel Account Manager

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Corporate Travel Account Manager to join our growing team.

You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of corporate clients, managing all aspects of their travel requirements whilst delivering outstanding service and building long-term relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, managing complex itineraries and providing a first-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day travel arrangements for corporate clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Create complex itineraries including flights, hotels, rail and ground transport
  • Provide proactive travel advice and solutions
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best value and service
  • Monitor travel spend and identify savings opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with client travel policies
  • Contribute to account reviews and client meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Corporate Travel or TMC environment
  • Strong GDS and booking system knowledge
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
