Corporate Travel Account Manager
📍 Mayfair, London | Full Time | Office Based

The Role
We're looking for an experienced Corporate Travel Account Manager to join our growing team.
You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of corporate clients, managing all aspects of their travel requirements whilst delivering outstanding service and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day travel arrangements for corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Create complex itineraries including flights, hotels, rail and ground transport
- Provide proactive travel advice and solutions
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best value and service
- Monitor travel spend and identify savings opportunities
- Ensure compliance with client travel policies
- Contribute to account reviews and client meetings
- Maintain accurate records and reporting

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Corporate Travel or TMC environment
- Strong GDS and booking system knowledge
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
