Corporate Travel Manager

📍 London | Full Time | Permanent

Keltbray is seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Manager to establish and manage our in-house travel function, supporting business-critical travel requirements across the Group.

This newly created role will take ownership of all corporate travel arrangements, working closely with Executive Committee members, Board Directors, and senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering a professional, efficient, and cost-effective travel service, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring seamless travel experiences both within the UK and internationally. The role may also require support with urgent travel changes outside of normal working hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements across the Group
  • Coordinate complex itineraries including flights, accommodation, rail, transfers, and visa requirements
  • Support Board Directors, Executives, and senior leaders with travel planning and bookings
  • Develop relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers
  • Negotiate commercial terms and secure best value for the business
  • Monitor travel spend and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with internal travel policies and approval processes
  • Manage travel disruptions, emergency changes, and urgent bookings
  • Produce reporting and travel management information
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all travel-related enquiries

About You

  • Previous experience within corporate travel, business travel management, or travel operations
  • Strong knowledge of international travel and corporate travel programmes
  • Experience managing complex itineraries for senior stakeholders and VIP travellers
  • Proficient with travel booking platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
  • Strong commercial awareness and supplier management skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
