Corporate/Commercial Partner – Boutique Specialist Firm

The Role

The firm is seeking an experienced Corporate/Commercial Partner to join its thriving practice. This is a strategic appointment aimed at enhancing the firm’s offering in corporate transactions, commercial agreements, and business-critical advisory work, with a strong emphasis on tech-driven sectors. You will work closely with senior leadership to expand the practice, develop client relationships, and contribute to the firm’s ambitious growth trajectory.
