Correspondence Customer Service Agent – Full-Time, 6-Month Fixed-Term Role
Location: Rochdale
We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Correspondence Customer Service Agent at Marston Holdings Ltd.
As a member of our contact centre team, you will engage with customers through written correspondence, helping them resolve queries—whether that involves processing payments, setting up payment plans, or addressing service issues. Your role is crucial in ensuring positive outcomes for our customers.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), fixed-term role (6 months).
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key requirements include:
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer interactions
- Effective organisational and communication abilities
- A target-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally
- Flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
