Senior Regional Brand Controller

Location: London


About the Role

Responsible for developing and driving strategies to advertising investments, ensuring all marketing & communications activities are efficiently linked to tangible business results.

Key Features:

  • Key Partner to Controlling, Marketing, and Communications teams
  • KPIs tracked: Traffic, Marketing & Communication Metrics (Impression/Reach, EMV, ROAS), Budgeting & Planning Accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Advertising & Budgeting Strategy

    • Drive the budget and forecasting process to strategically allocate omni-channel advertising investments across the marketing funnel.
    • Maximise impact on physical store traffic and online channel engagement.
  • KPI Management & Reporting

    • Define, monitor, and analyze financial and advertising-related KPIs for campaigns and collaborations.
    • Deliver data-driven insights to improve future campaigns.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with Regional & Global teams to optimize investments.
    • Serve as Regional Brand Controller — a key strategist for marketing and communications.
  • Process & Tool Innovation

    • Design, implement, and continuously improve internal processes, including:
      • Invoice tracking systems for timely & accurate cost bookings.
      • Sample ordering processes and spend trackers.
  • Data Management & Business Intelligence

    • Support the global development of marketing BI tools to enable stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Qualifications & Skills
    • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial controlling within a marketing/communications function.
    • Strong commercial acumen with ability to:
      • Analyze KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, returns).
      • Translate data into actionable strategies.
    • Skilled in delivering complex financial/commercial reports to influence decisions.
    • Ability to align spending with long-term profitability & growth.
