T & H MARKETING LIMITED is a cosmetics manufacturer with over 30 years of industry experience, supporting brands from concept to finished product with an expert team of chemists and formulators. The company partners with world-renowned and award-winning brands, specializing in both solid and liquid cosmetic products. Services include contract manufacturing, contract filling, and packaging, delivered within ISO 22716 accredited facilities. The business operates from Poole, Dorset, with a dedicated team of more than 40 staff committed to quality, safety, and brand integrity.

Role Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic person, to join our team, who’s looking for a permanent role within a local company. Do you have experience as a compounder? If so, we would love to hear from you.
We manufacture high-quality toiletry and cosmetic products and are looking to expand our production team. You will be working as part of our Compound team, mixing ingredients to create toiletry and cosmetic products using set formulations, while following detailed manufacturing instructions and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.

This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality products safely and efficiently. Full training will be provided, giving you the knowledge and support needed to succeed in the role.
Experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food manufacturing, or a similar production environment would be an advantage.
Salary: £15 per hour.
