We’re excited to offer a 6-month FTC opportunity within our Revenue Operations team, created as a result of internal promotions and stepping-up opportunities across the function. This is a fantastic chance to broaden your leadership experience, take ownership of a high-impact team, and play a key role in driving performance, transformation, and revenue protection across the business.
In this role, you’ll lead a team responsible for delivering a range of Cost Assurance activities, overseeing the end-to-end management of complex data reviews—from analysis and cleansing through to resolution or disconnection. Working closely with technical teams and key stakeholders, you’ll ensure the successful delivery of multi-site projects against agreed SLAs, while supporting escalations, managing WIP, and resolving cease-in-error scenarios.
This role requires you to attend the Birmingham Eagle Court office twice a week.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
