Cost Consultant

Cost Consultant | Residential | London | Hybrid

We’re working with a leading cost consultancy in London that’s expanding rapidly, and they’re seeking a Cost Consultant to join their growing residential team. This is a full-time hybrid role, offering hands-on experience across a variety of high-profile UK residential schemes—spanning early-stage planning through to completion.

You’ll support senior team members in all aspects of cost management while becoming part of a collaborative environment that values learning, growth, and progression.


What They’re After:

  • Experience in construction or cost consultancy
  • A strong understanding of cost planning, procurement, and post-contract processes
  • A desire to eagerly learn and assist Senior Cost Consultants/Associate Directors on a day-to-day basis
  • Progressing towards MRICS/APC or keen to start the process
  • A keen eye for numbers, detail, and quality
  • Excellent communication skills—confident when working with clients and colleagues
  • Motivated, adaptable, and a strong team player
  • A ** genuine interest** in real estate and construction
