We are seeking a Cost Engineer to join a major infrastructure programme, supporting the delivery of complex capital projects within a highly regulated environment.
Working as part of a Project Controls team, you will collaborate with Project Managers and Project Planners to develop accurate forecasts, monitor project costs, support financial reporting activities, and help ensure ongoing project affordability.

- Ability to communicate cost and performance information clearly to project teams, managers, and stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of cost engineering, cost control, and cost analysis principles.
- Experience working within a Project Controls environment and understanding the importance of aligning cost forecasts with programme delivery.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good reporting and presentation skills.
Experience with CEMAR and knowledge of NEC contracts would be beneficial.
Location
The role is Hybrid where 3 days per week will be spent in the office in Glasgow City Centre.
