What you'll be doing
Working in a range of sectors, your main responsibilities will include independent delivery (with management support) of a variety of projects, both pre and post contract.
Ideally your role will be a combined EA/QS role, and as such, you must have very good organisational skills and be comfortable with leading a project team and chairing meetings.
Key Tasks Will Include
- Developing and maintaining risk registers
- Chairing and minuting pre and post contract meetings
- Fast paced multi-project management
- Estimates of varying detail at different stages of the project lifecycle
- Tender Documents
- Tender / Value for Money Reports
- Contract Documents
- Change Control
- Valuations
- Cost Reports
- Final Accounts

Who we're looking for
We are looking for an individual who delivers the highest possible quality of consultancy service to our clients, and who is keen to develop and enhance client relationships to secure repeat business opportunities. You will be RICS chartered or equivalent, or working towards your chartership, and be able to demonstrate a track record of successful project delivery from inception to completion, and with direct client liaison.

- 2+ years post graduate experience
- Good Quantity Surveying consultancy experience
- Experience of carrying out the Employers Agent role
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
