The opportunity...
A brilliant, new consultancy, that has grown rapidly and now has in excess of 50 people based in a prime west end location, is looking for a project level QS or Cost Manager to join them.
Typical projects...
Mostly a private residential focus, including Co-Living, PBSA, BTR, I&L, Education, and commercial offices, typically 50-500+ units and valued between £20m and £100m. It's a client-facing role with a clear progression path to Senior QS, working closely with Senior QSs and Associate Directors.

The role covers...
- Pre-contract cost planning (RIBA Stages 1–4)
- Procurement and tender processes
- Mostly JCT D&B projects
- Interim valuations and payment notices
- Variations and change management
- Monthly cost reporting and cash flow forecasting
- Carbon management (training provided)
Looking for...
- MRICS desirable, or actively working toward APC
- Cost consultancy preferred or contractor background (we're happy to consider contractor-side QSs looking to move into consultancy)
- JCT experience, with residential new build a bonus
- Strong commercial awareness and advanced Excel skills

Flexible, depending on whether MRICS has been attained. Also a strong and incentivising bonus scheme
