Role Overview
We are expanding rapidly across key sectors, including Data Centres, Major Projects, Aviation, Hotels & Leisure, Retail, Residential, Sports & Entertainment, and Industrial & Logistics.
As a **Cost Manager (with MEP / Mechanical & Electrical experience), you will play a pivotal role in delivering groundbreaking projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects successfully: Support the successful completion of projects across diverse sectors, ensuring cost efficiency and quality.
- **cost management & quantity surveying: Pre- and post-contract duties, including:
- Cost forecasting, estimating, and control.
- Commercial risk assessment and mitigation.
- Progress tracking and value engineering.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to align expectations and meet project goals.
- Client relationship management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to develop loyalty and long-term partnerships.
- Compliance & strategy: Adhere to established commercial, procurement, and contractual strategies.
- Process adherence: Execute duties efficiently and in line with RLB’s established policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile
To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications, experience, and behaviours:
Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related technical discipline.
- Chartered (MRICS of equivalent) or actively studying towards qualification.
Experience
- Proven MEP (Mechanical & Electrical) package delivery experience across various project scales.
- Experience working in London-based projects or able to relocate optimally.
