Cost of Sale Support – Revenue Operations Team (Birmingham)
Summary
This is a great opportunity to join our Revenue Operations team and play a key part in supporting a business improvement project. As Cost of Sale Support, you will focus on delivering accurate, timely administrative activity that underpins service quality and operational efficiency, helping ensure we meet our commitments to customers and stakeholders.
You will take charge of data management, process orders through third-party portals, and proactively identify and resolve issues. By contributing to continuous improvement, you will spot trends, maintain high data quality, and ensure all work aligns with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and company processes in a fast-paced, hybrid environment based in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Work closely with your Team Manager and partner teams to manage data, processes, and third-party portals
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain high-quality service delivery
- Track and manage orders efficiently under strict deadlines
- Support data-based decision-making with strong numerical and analytical skills
- Collaborate within a fast-paced, hybrid environment while ensuring adherence to SLAs and company processes
Must-Have Qualifications
In order to be considered, you must possess:
- A good working knowledge of Excel, including data tracking and management
- Strong numerical and analytical skills coupled with high attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure while managing competitng priorities
- A highly organised approach, with the ability to follow structured processes accurately
- Strong teamworking skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively

We’d also love it if you could bring:
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong sense of ownership
- Confidence in identifying issues and experience in problem resolution
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume administrative environment
- Strong communication skills when collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- A continuous improvement mindset, allowing you to spot trends and opportunities
