JN PARTNERS, London. Working as part of the administrative team you will be responsible for supporting the Costing Manager and the business on all costing administration. JN PARTNERS LTD offers a collaborative environment where analytical thinking and attention to detail are highly valued.

Role Description

The Costing Administrator is a part-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role will be 25 hours a week over 5 days (office-based). This role is responsible for collecting, validating, and entering cost-related data into internal systems, including excel ensuring accuracy and consistency across reports and financial documentation.

The Costing Administrator will collaborate with shareholders and finance staff, respond to queries about cost information, and help maintain organized, audit-ready records. The role may also involve generating basic cost analysis reports and suggesting improvements to data collection and documentation processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong numerical skills and experience working with cost data, budgets, or financial records.
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools and basic data management software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, databases).
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify inconsistencies and correct errors in documentation.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a consulting environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to present cost information and respond to internal queries.
  • Ability to work effectively on-site as part of a team and to follow established procedures and controls.
  • Previous experience in administration, finance support, or costing roles is beneficial.
  • Relevant education in business, finance, accounting, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
