An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Litigation team of a highly regarded national commercial law firm with an outstanding reputation across both the public and private sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Costs Lawyer or Costs Draftsperson to join a collaborative and growing team working on a varied and high-quality caseload.
The Role
You will support a number of specialist litigation teams, advising on costs matters across a broad range of disputes for clients including insurers, local authorities, housing associations, and healthcare organisations.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing costs schedules for summary assessment
- Drafting Bills of Costs, Points of Dispute, and Replies
- Preparing and advising on Precedents H, R, and T
- Negotiating costs
- Advising on third-party costs
- Dealing with provisional and detailed assessments
- Providing costs advice to litigation teams and clients

You will be an experienced Costs Lawyer or Costs Draftsperson with experience of:
