We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Counsellor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is excited about contributing to a start-up environment and helping shape the future of our services.

What We’re Looking For
- A qualified counsellor with relevant professional accreditation (e.g. membership or accreditation with a recognised professional body such as BACP, UKCP, or NCPS).
- Previous counselling experience, with the ability to provide safe, ethical, and client-centred support.
- Someone who is enthusiastic about working in a start-up, enjoys collaborating with a growing team, and is motivated to help build and develop innovative mental health services.
