Role Description

The Corporate Wellness Therapist is a part-time remote role focused on delivering high-quality mental health services to employees of partner organizations through TherapyMantra’s online platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Conducting individual and group counseling sessions
  • Facilitating stress management and resilience-building workshops
  • Supporting corporate wellness initiatives tailored to diverse workplace populations

The therapist will assess client needs, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and use evidence-based therapeutic modalities while maintaining detailed, confidential clinical documentation. This role also involves:

  • Collaborating with HR and wellness teams on program design
  • Providing psychoeducation resources
  • Contributing to ongoing improvement of workplace mental health offerings

The Corporate Wellness Therapist is expected to uphold ethical standards, adhere to local licensing regulations, and ensure a supportive, inclusive environment for all clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong clinical skills in individual counseling, group therapy, stress management, and workplace mental health interventions
  • Skills in assessment, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and use of evidence-based, client-centered therapeutic approaches
  • Skills in communication, active listening, empathy, and crisis de-escalation, with the ability to support diverse and multicultural employee groups
  • Skills in telehealth practice, including secure video-based therapy, documentation in digital systems, and maintaining confidentiality in remote settings
  • Relevant qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related mental health field, with current licensure or certification as required in the therapist’s practicing region
  • Additional beneficial experience includes prior work in corporate wellness or employee assistance programs, familiarity with organizational dynamics, and comfort collaborating with HR and leadership teams
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage a part-time caseload, maintain professional boundaries, and adapt to flexible scheduling across time zones is essential
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care, mindfulness
