Counter Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets.
About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for you to be the Chief Executive Officer of your own store. You will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan, including:
- Recruiting and retaining customers through strategic targeting
- Delivering impactful in-store events
- Managing exceptional customer relationships
- Leading a high-performing team
Ideal candidates will be:
- Ambitious and self-starters
- Passionate about business planning
- Driven to coach others and help them reach their full potential

Knowledge & Experience
Required:
- Retail sales experience
- Team leadership
- Degree of experience dependent on store size
Useful/Desirable:
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources
- Working knowledge of computerised systems, including:
- Microsoft Excel
