Counter Manager – Prestige Beauty Retailing

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Associates, driving success in sales, customer service, and operational performance.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to act as the Chief Executive Officer of your own store, with full accountability for executing an agile business plan to attract and retain customers through:

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Associates
  • Recruit and retain customers through strategic in-store initiatives
  • Plan and execute agile business plans with full accountability
  • Oversee strategic targeting and operational targets
  • Organise and deliver impactful in-store events
  • Build and maintain exceptional customer relationships
  • Drive sales and customer service excellence

Professional Experience & Skills

  • Proven retail sales experience (preferably in a high-performance, fast-paced environment)
  • Team leadership and people management skills
  • Experience dependent upon business/store size (entry to mid-level management required)
  • Ability in strategic planning, with experience in business execution
  • Strong financial literacy, with skills in developing budgets and managing resources
  • Working knowledge of computerised systems, including:
    • Email
    • Microsoft Excel
