About the Role
We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Counter Manager to lead in the success of the Bobbi Brown counter at Selfridges, Trafford.

You will support the Store Manager in:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Associates
- Achieving all sales, customer service, and operational targets
Ideal Candidate
You are an ambitious, high-performing self-starter with:
- A passion for retail and coaching
- Experience mentoring others to reach their full potential
Our dream candidate has:
- Proven supervisory or coaching experience, preferably in fast-paced cosmetics retail
- Strong retail operations experience, including:
- Inventory management
- Cash reconciliation
- Customer service expertise for personalised, authentic shopper engagement
- Familiarity with POS (Point-of-Sale) systems
- Microsoft Office proficiency
Able and motivated to work:
- Retail hours, including evenings, weekends and special events
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, ideally within cosmetics
- Right to live and work in the UK confirmed for interview (if required)
