Counter Manager – West London
Salary: Up to £32,000 + Commission

Key Responsibilities
As Counter Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop a team of Beauty Consultants
- Drive sales performance through clientelling, events, and appointments
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised consultations
- Build long-term relationships with domestic and international clientele
- Identify opportunities to maximise commercial performance
- Ensure operational excellence across the counter
- Create a positive and high-performing team culture
Requirements
You'll bring:
- Previous management experience within beauty, skincare, fragrance, or premium retail
- A proactive and commercially driven mindset
- Strong clientelling and relationship-building skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- The ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
