Counterbalance Driver
Northampton | £13.50 per hour | Mon-Fri Day Shift
We're recruiting multiple Counterbalance Drivers to join a well-established logistics business in Northampton.
What You'll Be Doing
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely
- Booking in finished goods using scanners
- Transporting products, stock, and packaging around the warehouse
- Assisting with repacking, packaging supply, and stock movements
- Scanning out finished goods during loading
- Completing daily FLT checks, stock counts, dock audits, and 5S checks
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards across warehouse and yard
- Following all Health & Safety procedures and wearing required PPE

What We're Looking For
- Valid FLT licence (in date or in-house training provided)
- Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Flexible, positive, and reliable work attitude
