About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development leader to drive growth for KBR’s Mission Technology Solutions (MTS) business in Poland. Working as part of an expanding European team, you will:
- Identify and shape new opportunities
- Build strategic relationships
- Position MTS as a trusted partner for the Polish armed forces and wider defence community
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Polish defence market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government, military, and industry stakeholders
- Represent MTS as the country lead for all direct commercial sales
- Lead and support bid activity, from early positioning through to proposal submission
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming programmes
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
What We Need
- Extensive experience within the military / defence sector
- Proven expertise in business development within the Polish defence sector
- Experience preferable within at least one area of MTS’s portfolio, such as:
- Logistics
- Sustainment
- Autonomy
- Air and missile defence
- Strong network across the Polish armed forces, relevant ministries, and defence industry
- Experience contributing to or leading bids and proposals
- Fluent in Polish & working-level proficiency in English
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of an extended team
