About Noah

Noah Holdings is a leading global wealth and asset management service provider, dedicated to serving high-net-worth Chinese families and institutions with a global perspective. With a presence across Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and the United States, Noah connects clients to world-class asset managers and delivers comprehensive wealth solutions grounded in professionalism, integrity, and long-term partnership.

Role Overview

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and client-centric UK Country Business Representative to build and expand Noah’s private banking presence in the United Kingdom. This role is ideal for a self-driven pioneer who thrives in building from the ground up, with strong experience in high-net-worth (HNW) client service and/or channel development.

As an early-stage market builder, you will play a critical role in establishing Noah’s local footprint, cultivating client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships, while embodying our long-term, client-first philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of Noah’s private banking business in the UK market from an early-stage foundation
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families, delivering holistic wealth service experiences
  • Identify and develop strategic channels, including external partners, intermediaries, and professional networks
  • Collaborate with global teams (Hong Kong, Singapore, US, Japan) to deliver cross-border wealth solutions
  • Act as a trusted representative of Noah’s brand, values, and professional standards in the local market
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to support product and service optimization
  • Ensure all activities comply with local regulatory and internal compliance requirements

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
