This is an exciting opportunity to help drive the growth of Myprotein within the Lithuanian market, working for one of the world's largest online sports nutrition brands. As Country Executive, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering the ecommerce trading strategy for Lithuania. Working closely with the Regional Manager and a wide range of specialist teams across CRM, Marketing, Brand and Campaigns, you'll influence how customers engage with the brand, optimise trading performance, and help deliver commercial growth. This role offers exposure to every aspect of a leading global ecommerce business, providing an excellent platform for someone looking to build a long-term career in digital trading, ecommerce and international market management. What impact will I make? As Country Executive, you'll support the growth and performance of the Lithuanian market by: Supporting the development and execution of the ecommerce trading strategy for Lithuania. Building and managing trading calendars, ensuring website activity aligns with commercial objectives and sales targets. Analysing customer behaviour and trading performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation. Monitoring key ecommerce metrics including Gross Profit, Conversion Rate, Average Order Value, Bounce Rate and traffic performance. Planning and supporting product launches, promotions and commercial campaigns. Working closely with CRM, Marketing, Brand and Campaign teams to ensure a consistent customer experience across all channels. Identifying innovative ways to acquire, retain and grow customer value. Proposing and supporting A/B testing initiatives to continuously improve performance. Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and risks. Supporting the Regional Manager with market insights, reporting and ad hoc commercial projects. What will help me succeed? We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, analytical and excited by ecommerce. You'll ideally have: Fluency in Lithuanian and strong English communication skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights. A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams. A results-focused mindset with a passion for delivering commercial growth. Confidence working with ecommerce metrics and performance reporting. Nice to have Previous experience in ecommerce, digital trading or online retail. Understanding of ecommerce marketing channels and customer acquisition strategies. Knowledge of the sports nutrition, health, wellness or fitness industry. Experience using analytics platforms and reporting tools. Experience supporting website optimisation or testing programmes.
