WAX enables 500+ brands such as L'Oréal, Clarins, Jimmy Fairly, Sezane, Blissim) to activate WhatsApp and RCS as new communication channels 💬💚.
We leverage the power of conversations (98% open rate on WhatsApp) and AI to create an ultra-high-performance CRM suite that enables brands to:
- Launch personalized WhatsApp/RCS campaigns
- Build event-triggered automations based on key customer actions
- Deploy best-in-class AI-powered Customer Service
All with one goal: boosting retention, loyalty, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You will be WAX's first hire in the United Kingdom. Your mission: build our go-to-market on this market, sign the first clients, and lay the foundations of a lasting UK presence.

Responsibilities
- Map and activate the UK e-commerce and retail ecosystem (brands, CRM agencies, Shopify agencies, paid media agencies, SaaS partners)
- Sign the first deals directly and through agency partnerships
- Build a strategic partner network (mirroring our successful French model)
- Define and execute the UK go-to-market for the first 6 months
- Recruit and structure a small local team within 6–18 months
- Scale the strategy to make UK a £2m+ ARR geography after 2 years for WAX

Must-Haves
- Based in London
- 4+ years of experience (excluding internships) in sales or partnerships at a B2B SaaS company in e-commerce (retail), in the UK
- Dense and activable UK network: CRM agencies, Shopify, paid media, SaaS partners
- Entrepreneurial mindset — startup or scaleup background strongly valued
- Appetite for risk and ability to operate alone in uncertain environments
- Education: Top 3 French business school (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP) or Top 10 UK university (Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, UCL, Bristol…)
- Native English (French a plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience launching a new geography or international expansion
- Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing or conversational CRM
- Experience managing a small team
