About the Role

As the person ultimately responsible for NOAH's presence in the United Kingdom, you will not be an executor — you will be the true operator and founding partner. Strategy, team building, distribution, and compliance will all be built and owned by you, across both NOAH's Ark Wealth Management and Olive Asset Management platforms.

What You Will Own

Regional Strategy & Business Development

  • Formulate the medium-to-long-term the United Kingdom market strategy, aligned with the Group's Ark (Wealth Management) and Olive (Asset Management) dual-platform positioning;
  • Design a differentiated business model tailored to local regulatory requirements and market dynamics — a strategy you will define, not inherit;
  • Establish a client segmentation and service framework for global asset allocation needs.

Product & Distribution Capabilities

  • Lead the identification, due diligence, and localisation of global investment products, connecting with world-class asset managers;
  • Build and expand a local distribution network — private banks, independent financial advisors (IFAs), and family office partners.

Business Expansion & Ecosystem Building

  • Cultivate a high-value client base among high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors, building long-term, trust-based relationships;
  • Develop strategic alliances with local financial institutions, legal and tax advisory firms, and ecosystem partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
