RealAdvisor - Country Manager, Italy

RealAdvisor is a PropTech scale-up on a mission to bring trust and liquidity to the real estate market. We are Europe's leading platform connecting homeowners with real estate agents. We provide valuable information to homeowners, while empowering real estate professionals through exposure and smart technology.

With headquarters in Geneva and active operations across Switzerland, France, Spain, and Italy, we serve over 1 million monthly visitors and 5,000+ real estate agencies.

We are looking for a hands-on, highly commercial Country Manager to scale our operations in Italy.

This is not a corporate “country overseer” role.

Full commercial ownership: revenue, team, P&L and local execution.

You will be responsible for scaling the market while maintaining CM3 positive: defining strategy, leading a local sales team, and owning performance end-to-end. You will operate as the local CEO of the market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
