Position Overview
As the UK Country Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth, market presence, and operational excellence across the United Kingdom. You will lead the execution of the local business strategy, ensuring sustainable user acquisition, revenue growth, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the cryptocurrency industry, a deep understanding of the UK market, strong commercial and marketing expertise, and the ability to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the UK market strategy to drive business growth, user acquisition, market penetration, and revenue generation.
- Oversee all local business operations, ensuring alignment with global objectives and maintaining operational excellence.
- Lead marketing initiatives, brand awareness campaigns, community engagement, and strategic partnerships tailored to the UK market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, financial institutions, payment partners, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor developments in the UK cryptocurrency market, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment, identifying opportunities and mitigating business risks.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Marketing, and Engineering teams to successfully launch and scale products in the UK.
- Ensure business activities comply with UK regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and media engagements to strengthen brand positioning.
- Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop the local team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Track business performance through KPIs and provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, commercial leadership, marketing, or general management.
- Proven experience in the cryptocurrency, fintech, digital assets, or financial services industry.
- Previous experience leading business operations or serving as Country Manager, Regional Manager, or General Manager within the UK market is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the UK financial services ecosystem, cryptocurrency regulations, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated success in developing strategic partnerships and driving measurable business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with a results-driven mindset.
