Country Manager UK
We are looking for a Country Manager UK to lead our UK Business Unit on a full-time basis. Are you an experienced commercial and operational leader with a background in transport, logistics, or supply chain? This is your opportunity to drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and make a direct impact on the performance of our UK operations.
About the role
As a Country Manager UK, you will have full responsibility for the performance of the UK Business Unit. You will combine business development, P&L ownership, and operational leadership to deliver sustainable growth, operational excellence, and outstanding customer service.
Your responsibilities include:
- Lead the UK Business Unit and drive commercial growth, profitability, and operational performance.
- Develop new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Own the UK P&L, budgets, KPIs, and overall business performance.
- Build and manage a strong charter and carrier network by negotiating transport capacity, rates, and supplier agreements.
- Lead, coach, and develop the UK team while working closely with Group Operations, Planning, Customer Service, and Commercial to continuously improve performance.

What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level, with significant management experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain.
- Proven experience with P&L management, business development, commercial strategy, and contract negotiations.
- Strong knowledge of transport management, carrier management, transport procurement, CRM, ERP, TMS, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
